I have experimented with lower case, capital letters and numbers trying to place them within the vectorised fingerprint i produced. I was influenced by the previous research i found earlier with the heart being blended into the fingerprint. I like my outcome because i personally think it would be a nice design as a full typeface.
Here i have simply vectorised a finger print which i had found. Tracing over the fingerprint lines being able to see patterns within.

Fingerprint illusion
The way the person has done this is by making the lines darker and thicker to produce an image which then turns into a illusion.
Fingerprint which has been molded into a face. It is not very clear to see the actual fingerprint because it has been molded too much but the outcome of the design looks great
I really like this illustration i have found on www.photosearch.com. It basically is letters produced out of hand symbols. What i mainly like about this is because many of the letters are clear to visually see.

This is a number 3, inside it is a fingerprint this relates to my project due to me also doing a typeface about fingerprints. I like the design of this because its like the '3' has been indented into the fingerprint.

The same above but with letters
This image reminds me of a flower almost, or perhaps a sun. I like the layout which has been portrayed here the inside of the fingerprints being light grey then the individual finger prints being darker. This creates a nice contrast and theme

Here i have found a typeface which has been made out of fingerprints. This relates to my project because i am also going to try make a typeface out of fingerprints also. I like this because it is very clear what the aim is meant to be but it is also quite simple. Hopefully the typeface i am going to create will be more creative. I found this sample on www.photosearch.com

I have decided to research patterns on finger tips to see whether i could see letterforms within the finger. With the 'Double Loops' i can easily see the letter 'S' and 'C' .. with the 'Whorl' i can see a letter 'O' ... in the arch possibly an 'A', 'C' or 'V' and in the 'Simply Loop' and 'I', 'L' or 'U'

This illustration called 'Sensation' was created by Marcus Harvey. This piece of art i find quite distrurbing but also creative. This image was created out of children's fingerprints printed on paper creating a image of Myra Hindley who was and serial child killer.
Many Parents got angry about this piece of 'art work' he created finding it outrageous and discusting.

Here again i experimented with paint and my fingertips. Trying to make letterforms i only managed to make a-i because i didnt really like the outcomes but i am going to experiment more with this.
Here i have attempted to do some of my fingerprints out of red paint. Not many of them came out successfully as i hope but i circled the prints which came out the best. Perhaps being able to find letters out of these fingerprints.
Here i was simply experimenting with paint, trying to make different letters simply using my hands. I was able to make the letters E, K/R, F,B, A and H. I found this quite difficult trying to think where to place my hands for the letter to be seen clearly. My outcomes i am not really impressed with, this is because i think they look too messy and unclear to see. The only letter i think came out quite nice was the letter A.

I found this on someone else's blog which i fought was really nice and which relates to my idea. This is simply some letters which have been made out of fingerprints they are very clear to see each letter has been made. I like this a lot because it has been designed very well.
This is an image i found on google as i was looking through sites. I like this because it shows personal nationality and also a fingerprint showing personal identity. I also like how they have well combined the flags into the fingerprint, it still looking like a fingerprint but also looking like a flag aswel.

I found this on google, it is not really relevant to my idea but i like the design of it. How the person has used to fingerprints to create a heart. I have tried creating my own version up above...

This is very creative, the way they have used different methods/patterns to creat different sort off fingerprint illusions. My favourite out the four would be the bottom left. The one which would simular to my ideas would be the top right due to being identity.

This is a illustration i found, relates to my finger print ideas due to being about identity and also including a fingerprints.

Looking threw other peoples blogs i found this font made out of fingerprints. I found this interesting because many different patterns can be found in these prints.

Here are also some prints but not only fingerprints also footprints, handprints and tire prints. I like the patterns which are left from these objects being able to clearly see the negative space.

Here i researched fingerprints with different patterns. In these patterns there are Arches, Whorls and loops.

Here i have got friends and relatives to put there finger prints in a table i had drawn. They done this by placing each individual finger on both hands in ink and then printed it onto the paper. I asked them to do this 6 times so i could find at least one decent print of each finger which i could analyse.

On the right hand the most successful prints i found where:

Thumb- attempt 5

Index Finger-attempt 5 and 6

Middle Finger- attempt 4 and 5

Ring Finger- attempt 5

Pinky- attempt 5

The least successful prints where:

Thumb- 1 and 2

Index Finger- 1, 2 and 3

Middle Finger- 1 and 2

Ring Finger- 1, 2 and 3

Pinky- 1 and 2

On the Left hand i found that the most successful were:

Thumb- attempt 4 and 5

Index Finger- attempt 4 and 5

Middle Finger- attempt 3 and 4

Ring Finger- attempt 5

Pinky- attempt 3

The least successful prints where:

Thumb- 1, 2 and 3

Index Finger- 1 and 2

Middle Finger- 1 and 2

Ring Finger- 1 and 2

Pinky- 1 and 2

I have noticed the better effective prints were attempts 4 and 5. This is because there wasn't too much ink on the finger because it was used on attempts 1 and 2 and there wasn't too little ink unlike attempt 6. Also the amount of pressure which the person puts on the paper would effect the print.
